14g Skippy Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
10g melted coconut oil
25g raw apple, shredded, no skin
2g crushed macadamia nuts, dry roasted
pinch of cinnamon, optional
10g additional oil (we use olive oil)
Mix the coconut oil and peanut butter together until well combined.
Stir the shredded apple, crushed macadamia nuts and cinnamon into the peanut butter mixture.
Pour the mixture into silicone molds and freeze if desired. This can also be eaten at room temperature with a spoon.
Serve the 10 additional grams of oil on the side (we use 10ml syringes and take it like “medicine”)
