A dairy free option just in time for Valentine’s Day! This turned out really good. A little flavor from the coconut milk is apparent, but I like it. I still prefer the taste of Truvia over liquid stevia, but either one you use will be fine. This is a 4:1 ratio recipe, consider adding berries to lower the ratio. Let me know what you think!
