Approximate Ratio 2:1


1.5oz (42g) cream cheese, softened

1 (50g) egg, beaten

1/2t (1.4g) cinnamon

1/2T (7g) sugar free syrup (i used DaVinci sugar free french vanilla syrup)

1/2T (7g) butter

(In the picture, topped with Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup and some berries)



mash the cream cheese with the egg until the mixture is smooth.  add in cinnamon and syrup.

melt butter in non-stick pan over medium heat.  pour half of the batter .  cook for about  4 minutes until set.  flip the crepe and cook the other side for about 2 minutes.  allow to cook until set.



add whipped cream as a topping to adjust the ratio.
