4 (2 in x2 in cut out pieces) (18g) of mission whole wheat controlled carb tortilla
1.2t (6g) olive oil, salt, pepper
1oz (28g) cream cheese, philadelphia original in box (not tub… for some reason, the nutritional facts are slightly different)
4″x4″ piece (9g) smoked salmon, Whole Catch wild alaskan smoked salmon
coat the tortilla pieces with olive oil. bake at 320 for 7 minutes. Let them cool on the same baking sheet to absorb any left over oils.
once the tortilla chips are cooled, top each piece with 7g of cream cheese and 2.25g of smoked salmon.
