Approximate Ratio 3.5:1
1oz (28g) fresh mozzarella cheese
4-5 (50g) cherry tomatoes
1/4 (40g) organic haas avocado
2 large leaf (2g) basil
2T (28g) olive oil
salt, fresh ground pepper to taste
Dice mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, and avocado to about 1/2in x 1/2in squares. Rip the basil leaves to small pieces. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. season with salt and pepper.
I sometimes add some fresh crab meat sautéed in butter.
