this is not a new recipe.  i just modified tortilla chips by cutting the chips into ghost shapes.

you will find little smiles when you pack these for lunch.  have fun with any halloween shaped mini cookie cutters.  (Shown here with crab dip)

if you are not serving with a dip, sprinkle a pinch of salt before baking.
