(The ratio can be easily adjusted by increasing the amount of mayo and sour cream and/or decreasing the amount of crabmeat)
1/2 oz (14g) cream cheese, room temperature (Philadelphia brand-the one in the box)
1T (13g) mayonnaise (Kraft real mayonnaise)
1T (15g) sour cream
1T (5g) green onion 1/4″ bias cut
1/8t (1g) fresh lemon juice
1T (5g) parmesan cheese grated
pinch (0.1g) white pepper
3T (21g) crabmeat, picked
Whip cream cheese until light and fluffy. Mix in mayonnaise and sour cream and blend well.
Add the remaining ingredients except for the crabmeat and mix until smooth.
Add the crabmeat and mix well.
Place in a small oven safe bowl.
Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes. Broil for 1-2 minutes to get browned edges on top.
