Lunch Box for School (muffins, cheese, berries, and chocolate milk)

Ratio Approximately 2:1

2 mini orange cranberry muffins.  These muffins are really easy to make.  It is less than 5 minutes hands-on time.  For most of keto baking, I use the toaster oven since it preheats quickly.  The recipe makes 6 mini muffins, so you can use the rest as a snack for the following day.  Just store them in air tight container.

1/2 slice of sliced cheddar cheese

1-2oz mixed berries (whatever amount your diet will allow)

Chocolate milk (2T Heavy Whipping Cream + 1T Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup + 4T water)
