31g 40% Heavy Cream
19g frozen strawberries, thawed in the microwave then mashed
1.5g unflavored gelatin, Knox brand
2 drops of flavored stevia if desired. (I used orange, vanilla would work as well)
Combine the cream and mashed strawberries in a small microwave safe bowl. Sprinkles the gelatin powder on top of the mixture. Stir until it is combined. Microwave the mixture for about 15-30 seconds until it is hot. The gelatin will need hot liquid to be completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into a silicone mold or a small ramekin and chill in the refrigerator until it is firm. Cut it into small cubes.

What hot liquid do you use and how much extra liquid to make these?
The hot liquid is just the cream and mashed strawberries that have been microwaved. I was just trying to explain that the gelatin will not dissolve in cold cream.
