I am so proud of my Keto hero Vanden because he never gives up. This diet has been challenging for the both of us to learn to cook as well as eat, but the results are worth it! Vanden has only experienced 4 seizures since June 1st 2012 and his development has caught up greatly. While I am still experimenting with food and combinations – no matter what I throw at him he eats with a smile! He reminds me that no matter how tough life may seem to always remember to smile through it all!

This is awesome! I am also working the Modified Atkins/Ketogenic diet with my 7 and 1/2 year old. He has been sooooo good about his “Brain Diet” as we call it. I know I would not be as good a sport about the whole thing as he is, he is amazing. I will have to take a photo of him enjoying the Keto Brownies we made yesterday. They are DELICIOUS!
