This is like eating dessert for breakfast! If you like the flavor of a sour cream cheesecake, you will love this yogurt. It still has a slight “tang” from the yogurt, but the cream cheese flavor still comes through. I did not calculate the nuts and cinnamon on top, but you can include them if you like. Fresh berries would be another great option!

75g or 1/3 cup full fat coconut milk
25g or 1 Tablespoon cream cheese, Philadelphia brand, full fat

Just getting back to it now!
Very Yummy! – In lieu of any sweetener or topping, I added the seeds of pomegranate to a 3x scaling. Froze the leftover and I think this will make a great ice cream.
Here is my 5x serving scaling – scaled to the 1 can of coconut milk – of 13.5 fluid ounces:
1 can (13.5 oz) of coconut milk
2 200g yogurt
5 T cream cheese
Are all your recipes in here single serving?
Yes, most are. This is because of the way ketogenic diets are prescribed and calculated using the keto calculator.
I just made this. I want to stress the importance of soft cream cheese! The mixture stays lumpy if you don’t allow the cream cheese to sit first! 🙂
Dawn- how many carbs is your child allowed per day on MAD? Just curious as this recipe would be half my son’s enitre daily allotment of carbs. I thought we were in the typical range (12 carbs/day), but maybe we’re low…?
Hi Mindy, The recipes for MAD are “averages” for a teenager or adult on the diet. My daughter is still on a 3:1 ratio! This specific recipe would be considered a snack or light breakfast and if you halved the recipe for a younger child, you would have close to only 2 carbs. When you see MAD recipes on here, please remember that the serving sizes will be larger than what you will typically need. Please don’t think you are on the “low” end for carbs… Hope that helps!
Wow…so easy to make. I’m sure it’s delicious!
