pressed cookies (using coconut flour)

I have modified the coconut cutout cookie recipe to use a cookie press that i have.  It turned out great, but for some reason, it works better on some shapes than others.  but it was fun making the cookies and clara sure was happy to see  them…

    • I can post that info for you later. I was in a hurry to leave for our ski trip but wanted to post the recipe for people to try before christmas. I might be able to work on it tonight. I would think its somewhere around 2:1 or slightly higher since thr cutout cookies are 2:1 and this recipe adds little more of egg & coconut oil.
