Danielle–World Travelling Keto Hero!
No matter where in the world our Keto Hero Danielle is — from Beijing, China to Washington, D.C. — she always travels with one key ingredient: a great attitude. In 2013, her first year on Keto, Danielle moved to Beijing, travelled to her uncle’s wedding on a tropical island, and started a new school. She did it all with grace and positivity, making her family glow with pride every step of the way. Now, in January 2014, what we call “The Plan” has made a tremendous difference for our eight-year old Danielle!
Even before we started “The Plan,” Danielle was positive and helpful, telling her mother not to worry about spending a long time in the supermarket researching food because she knew her parents were doing the diet to help her. Now that we’re on “The Plan,” Danielle helps Mom devise delicious meals like three topping waffles with chocolate syrup. If Mom is flustered about what to make for dinner, Danielle might say, “Whatever is easiest for you, Mommy.”

What a great photo of you and Art! You look fabulous. I know you’ve been a hero from the very start of your diet- always being cheerful and accepting of your new challenge and working alongside with Mom to create your meals. Mom is also a hero for being so diligent with her research and her precision at making fun meals. Dad probably can take some credit too 🙂
